2026 වර්ෂයට අදාලව ආයතනික සැපයුම් සහ සේවාවන් සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වීමට කැමති ආයතන පහත ක්රමවේදය අනුගමනය කරන්න.
Please Read following Instructions for All Suppliers who wish to register for year 2026 as a Supplier or Service Provider to STC
(කඩදාසි භාවිතය අවම කර පරිසරය රැකගැනීමට සහයවන්න / Green Registration Enabled)
සියළුම සැපයුම්කරුවන් සැපයුම් කරුවන් සඳහා වන කොන්දේසි වලට එකඟ විය යුතුය.
All Suppliers shall sign STC Supplier Agreement before commencing supplies.
ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම් පුවත්පත් දැන්වීම මුද්රිත පිටපතක් ලබාගෙන ඔබ ආයතනය ලියාපදිංචි වීමට බලාපොරොත්තුවන්නේ කුමන අංශයක් යටතේද යන්න අවබෝධ කරගන්න

1) ඔබට අදාළ වන “අයදුම්පත” සහ “ලියාපදිංචිය අයදුම් කරන ලිපිය” ඉහත ලින්ක් ඔස්සේ ලබාගන්න / Please Download Relevent “Supplier Registration Application” and “Registration Request Letter” from Related Link Above
2) පිටු 6 කින් යුතු අයදුම්පත නිසි ලෙස සම්පුර්ණ කරන්න. / Fill and Complete all 6 pages of relevent Application Form
3) පහත සඳහන් ඇමුණුම් අයදුම්පතට අමුණන්න. / Attach folowing attachments to the application.

සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත / Completed Registration Form
නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ බලයලත් ලිපිය / Manufacturers Authorization ( compulsory/ අනිවාර්ය වේ )
ව්යාපාර ලියාපදිංචි සහතිකය/අධ්යක්ෂක වරුන්ගේ හැදුනුම්පත් පිටපත් / Business Registration Certificate along with NIC Copies of Directors
වැට් අයකරන්නේ නම් යාවත්කාලින කල වැට් සහතිකය / Updated VAT Certificate if Applicable
බැංකු ගිණුම් ලිපිය/ලබා ඇති තත්ත්ව සහතික / Bank Account and Endorsement from the Bank / Obtained Quality Certificates
ආයතනය සතු වත්කම් හා පහසුකම් / Company Assets and facilities Available
ඉදිකිරීම් සහ විදුලි ඉංජිනේරු සේවා සඳහා නම් අදාළ වන ICTAD හෝ වෙනත් ලියාපදිංචි සහතිකය අනිවාර්යය වේ / ICTAD or Relevent Registration Required for Construction and Electrical Services Providers
සේවා කිරීම සඳහා ඇති සුදුසුකම් ලත් තාක්ෂණික සේවක විස්තර / Qualifications in the Field
පසුගිය වසර 2ක ප්රධාන ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ විස්තර හා වටිනාකම / Proof of Services or Suuplies during last 2 Years – Major Customers
4) ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව එක් අයිතමයන් සඳහා ඉහත ලින්ක් ඔස්සේ ගෙවීම් සිදුකල හැක. / Registration Fee can be paid using the link provided.
ගෙවීම් කරන අයිතම ප්රමාණය තෝරා පළමුව ඔබේ ආයතනයේ මුල් නම සහ අග නම සහ භාවිතා කරන ඊ මේල් ලිපිනයක් හා ජංගම දුරකථන අංකයක් ලබාදෙන්න. එමෙන්ම ඔබගේ තැපැල් ප්රදේශය හා ආසන්න නගරය තෝරන්න. / First Select the No of Items you wish to register for, then First Name , Last name and Correct email Address along with mobile number and your Postal Area and Nearest Town.
නෙක්ස්ට් ක්ලික් කර ඊළඟ ෆෝම් එකෙහි ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් කාඩ්පත් විස්තර ලබාදෙන්න. ගෙවීම් කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ඔබ ලබාදුන් ඊමේල් ලිපිනයට රිසිට් පත ලැබෙනු ඇත. Click Next and provide your card details on next screen. You will receive payment receipt to your email if you successfully completed your payment. ( It will take around 10 – 15Minutes)
5) ගෙවීම් පිටපතක් සමග සියළු ලිපිලේඛන සමග registration@stc.lk ලිපිනයට ඊමේල් කිරීම මගින් පහසුවෙන් පැය 24 සේවාව ඔස්සේ ඔබට ලියාපදිංචි විය හැක.

Also Can handover Completed Registration Form Along with Payment Receipt and attachments to following Address on or Before 4.30pm, 15/01/2026.by Hand Delivery or Registered Post or By Courier
සම්පුර්ණ කරගත් අයදුම්පත් පහත ලිපිනයේ ඇති ප්රසම්පාදන අංශය වෙත 15/01/2026 , පෙර අතින් ගෙනවිත් භාරදිමෙන්දහෝ ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් මෙන්ම කුරියර් සේවා ඔස්සේ භාරදිමෙන්ද ලියාපදිංචි විය හැක.
සැ.යු. : අපගේ සියළුම මිළ කැඳවීම් සිදුකරනු ලබන්නේ ඊ මේල් මාර්ගයෙන් වන බැවින් සැමවිටම ඔබගේ ආයතනික නිවැරදි ඊ මේල් ලිපිනයන් පැහැදිලිව සඳහන් කිරීමට වග බලාගන්න. Special Note : Please ensure to mention your company email addresses clearly in registration documents since we are calling price quotations through registerd email addresses only.
