(compulsory) 5) Completed Registration Form (compulsory) 6) Manufacturers Authorization Letter (compulsory) 7) EOI Fee can be paid using the above link In The Payment Form , Type Company Name for First Name, Last name and Correct email Address along with mobile number and your Postal Area and Nearest Town, Submit Card Owner Details and Card Details in next Form. A Receipt will come to submitted email address ( Mostly the Receipt will go to “spam” folder)
